Hello there, my thoughts on this is that it depends on what you are and what you are usint it for. If you're a student, google meet would be better. If you're a working person , cisco webex is a good choice

Personally,I prefer Google Meet as it is easier to add friends and keep out unwanted guests.

I would like to suggest Google Meet because it is more easier comparing to the Cisco Webex.
1. Google meet's link is available anytime.
2. No payment for Google meet
3.It can be used for different kind of meeting 
4. The participant who joined the meet will be host automatically as the saying goes " The early bird catches the worm".
5. Suitable for all type of platform.
